I found this gold-plated vintage Givenchy 1970 necklace by the House of Lavande in the April 2011 issue of Elle US. The issue features some awesome "House of Lavande" vintage jewelry pieces but I felt immediately in love with one of their necklaces: a vintage Givenchy gold-plated necklace and its cute little horse standing inside the big gold circle. When I checked the House of Lavande website and was not able to find it in their online store I already thought that of course someone else bought it. I wish I could tell you how delighted I was when I received an email back from their customer service to let me know the necklace was still available for purchase. The package arrived so beautifully wrapped.
