L'HOTEL

When I was in Paris to meet "Miss Marathon" Anna from London I stayed for the first time at the beautiful L´Hotel.
Known as a secret hideaway for the last centuries the L´Hotel was also Oscar Wilde´s last home who lived at the L´ Hotel until his death in 1900.
The hotel is located in a quiet street in St. Germain-des-Prés and has just 20 rooms which lead off the spectacular central stairwell.
Please don´t ask me how long it took me to find the elevator to go upstairs; and it was actually right in front of me, looked like a door to another room so I was too shy to open :)
Although I stayed just for one night I really liked the intimate atmosphere, the touch of romantic and charme of an earlier century.
