Ahh, finally, here she is! The much-anticipated Chanel reveal is here! With the lovely red/white stripe, it's truly an arm candy! (Actually almost looked like a pink from a distance). I cannot wait for spring to see you wear it!! Just looking at the pix here, I wanted to squeeze the bag, it looks very cushy! Love that you mentioned this bag will be very special to you and the "reason" for getting it. You truly deserve it!!

I wanted to ask you something, since you have experience in taking your clothes to the tailor. I have the same Chloe embroidered leggins as you (in fact, I copied them after I saw them on you) but they are a bit big on me. Do you know if these can be tailored to fit better? If not, should I machine-wash them to see if they shrink? Any suggestions?? I wish I could wear them more, they are such a wonderful piece but look a bit baggy... and there are no more sizes available!

I have the fear to give you some "good suggestions" which are at the end so very wrong ;) I made also the experience that they are going to be big very fast, they seem to be worn out already after the first/second time. Before I would take them to the tailor I would try to wash them by hand-wash when they are just a little bit too big on you. My tailor asked me about my Alaia leggings (the hemline / stitching was open) if she should open all the stitching (inseam) and restitched it again. So I´m sure when you have a good tailor he or she can do close to everything.Hope this was helpful ;)

I do not have a tailor that I trust enough to give this wonderful piece, so I will try first with a hand wash. If that does not work, I may try to ask my mum to do it... she used to make my dresses when I was little so she knows about sewing clothes and might treat them carefully.
