Candy Colors ... Drapes.... Tulle

.... and another London Fashion Week post ;)
I simply had to do this post as I´m so in love
with Christopher Bailey´s Burberry Prorsum collection:
the drapes, the candy colors, the stockings, tulle
and the belt in the last pictures ...

Wishing everyone a joyful rest of the week!

  4. I really love the soft color, and the material. I was excited for fall, but now I kind of miss summer.

  5. Aw, Martina, GORGEOUS GORGEOUS GORGEOUS!!! LOVE the pastel colours & intricate twisting from Christopher Bailey! Sadly I have a feeling the twisted pieces are only suitable for stick-thin girls (as was his ruched SS08 collection), ah well! GORGEOUS! :)

  9. Hi there sweet Martina!!

How's your week going so far? Weekend's just around the corner, yippeeee!!

I love everything here! The colors, the drapes, the cut... belt over a drapey outfit, surely I wouldn't have thought of that!!

I don't go to style.com as much so I'm relying on blogs such as yours to share with me beautiful things, such as these!!

Any big plans for the weekend?! ;-)

  13. This was definitely one of the best collections... and I think this is the 30th time I've seen his collection on a blog ;-) I'm also very sure this look will be the first that Zara will copy starting in January. The zip detailing of the second look reminds me of traditional Scottish craftsmanship, so maybe he was inspired by the North (or maybe his hometown of York does the same...). Wishing you a very wonderful weekend!

  23. Wow, Martina!!!!! This is a fantastic post. I love this collection. It is truly beautiful. I love the softness in the colours and the abundance of fabric that is twisted and wrapped in so many wonderful ways. The zipper detailing is amazing. I really like all the pictures that you picked out. You really have a good eye for what's beautiful and gorgeous. That's why your blog is so inspiring because you know so much about fashion and you share it with your readers. Thank you for this, Martina.

Again, your comments always brightens up my day and brings more sunshine into my life. Thank you for always being so sweet. You make it easier being here in Australia away from my family and friends. Thank you for always coming by and leaving your lovely markings on my blog.

I hope you have a wonderful and pleasant weekend as well. Always thinking of you and wishing you the best :)

  25. My god thank you so much Martina for the close-ups, to be honest when I saw the small-ish runway photos I didn't bother looking more into this collection, but your pictures take my breath away! Looks like a parade of 21st century grecian goddesses, the colour palette looks delicious, too.
